📢 Advertising & Ad Networks AdMob / Ad Manager

QuizKart displays advertisements to support our free service. We use Google Ad Manager and Google AdMob (operated by Google LLC) to serve ads within the app.

      Types of ads shown in QuizKart:

      • Banner Ads — displayed at the bottom of quiz and game screens

      • Interstitial Ads — full-screen ads shown between game sessions or on lifeline use

      • Rewarded Ads — optional ads you can watch voluntarily to earn in-app coins

      • App Open Ads — displayed when you open or resume the app

What Data Ad Networks Collect

Google Ad Manager and Google AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve personalized or contextual advertisements:

Android Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable, anonymous device identifier
IP address — used to infer approximate geographic location for ad targeting
Device information — device model, OS version, screen size
App usage data — which screens you visit, how long you use the app
Ad interaction data — whether you viewed, clicked, or closed an ad

      Personalized vs Non-Personalized Ads: By default, Google may serve personalized ads
      based on your interests and previous interactions. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through
      your device settings (see "Your Choices" below).
    

Rewarded Ads (Watch Ad to Earn)

QuizKart features a Watch Ad to Earn feature where you can voluntarily watch a rewarded video advertisement in exchange for in-app coins. Watching these ads is entirely optional. Completing a rewarded ad grants +5 coins to your wallet.

      We do not serve ads to children under 13. QuizKart is intended for users aged 13
      and older. Our ad configuration is set to serve non-child-directed content in compliance with
      Google's policies and COPPA regulations.
    

🔐 Google Sign-In & Firebase Authentication

We use Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication (by Google) to handle login securely. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

We do not receive or store your Google password. Authentication tokens are managed securely by Firebase. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy.

🪙 Coins, Rewards & Wallet

QuizKart features a virtual coin system. Coins are earned by correctly answering quiz questions, completing challenges, and watching rewarded video advertisements. Coins can be redeemed for vouchers or other rewards as offered within the app.

      Virtual coins have no real monetary value unless explicitly redeemable for vouchers as stated within the
      app. Coin balances may be reset or adjusted in cases of detected fraud or violation of our Terms of Service.
      Rewarded ad coins (+5 per ad) are credited only upon full ad completion.
    

🗄️ Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hummedia20@gmail.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Advertising ID data collected by Google Ad Manager / AdMob is subject to Google's own data retention policies. Resetting your Android Advertising ID at any time will break the link to previously collected ad data.

👶 Children's Privacy

QuizKart is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our advertising is configured as non-child-directed in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Google's Families Policy.

We do not use interest-based advertising targeting children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information promptly.

You have the right to:

Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — Object to processing of your data for certain purposes

🔒 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT token authentication, secure password-free login via Firebase, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All advertising data is transmitted securely through Google's encrypted ad serving infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification through the app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
